It is a water based, non-stringy lubricant that has the consistency of a lotion, which is derived from a higher glycol content. This is what helps it retain its moisture content and makes it last for a longer period of time. Unlike other lubricants, Maximus will not become sticky or tacky. Instead, it will simply disappear.
