Missionary Position

This is probably the most commonly used sex position, due to the intimacy that it allows between couples. Another reason for its popularity is because to its ease of use.

In missionary position, the receiver lies on her back with her legs separated, and knees slightly raised. The giver lies on top of the receiver with his body between the receiver’s legs.

Both parties are facing each other, thus allowing for total intimacy and communication during the lovemaking session.

Doggy Style Position

The doggy style is another one of the most commonly used sex positions. However, though most men are really turned on by this sex position, most woman need a little more time to get used to it. This is due to the lack of face-to-face intimacy that the doggy style position offers. Once the female partner gets used to this position, she generally turns into a big fan of it too.

In the doggy style position, the receiver goes down on all fours with her back slightly arched. Arching the back slightly, allows for easier penetration from the givers side.

The giver then situates himself behind the receiver (Generally kneeling), and holds the reciever by the hips, which allows for better control of thrusting.

Woman On Top

This is a great position for allowing the reciever to control the thrust and penetration of the giver.

In this position, the giver lies on his back with his legs straightened out, or knees slightly raised.

The receiver then straddles the giver whilst her arms lean gently against the givers chest.

Standing Position  (Rear Entry)

The" rear-entry" basic standing position can be quite an erotic position for the receiver and the giver. This position is great for allowing the giver to have a feast of hand exploration all over the receiver’s body.

In this position, the receiver stands with her legs apart while leaning on a wall, chair, or anything else that can offer her support.

The giver then comes from behind to penetrate the receiver.
