How Practical are Kama Sutra Positions?

The Karma Sutra is an invaluable source of information on sexual positions and intercourse. The manuscripts are believed to be based on the relationship between the Hindu god Shiva and his Consort, Parvathi.

The positions listed in these manuscripts were invented almost two thousand years ago! They were mainly devised to increase the orgasms of both men and women.
